Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We can accept returns in person to our shop at the address below or by post together with your completed returns form.
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
If you have received a gift but wish to exchange or return it, please contact us on 01761 452442. We can issue a gift voucher to the value of your return or exchange your returned item for something else. Alternatively, you are able to receive a full refund only to the account/credit card from which the original purchase was made.
